Phased Array

Phased Array is an advanced NDT method of testing using ultrasound to record and determine component quality. Apart from detecting flaws in components, Phased Array can also be used for wall thickness measurements in conjunction with corrosion testing.

Independent Auditing Services

Auditing is used to measure performance, quality and productivity at different stages of a project, from pre-contract award surveys in the tender process to final mechanical completion inspections of assets.

Weld Procedure Qualification

Welding requires procedures and qualified welders. IACS NDT can develop procedures, and test and qualify Welders, by using the latest welding surveillance equipment to provide digital and hardcopy results of welding.
